I have set-up, re-checked, unplugged, etc. and still cant get Netflix to play the chosen video. I can see Netflix on the TV, but once I hit play it is the red screen with the circle spinning. Youtube and Pandora work just fine. What is the issue?

Does Netflix work on the device without using Chromecast?
